Returns and Refunds

We do not allow returns on items ordered in the incorrect size. Please measure your wrist or your child's wrist before ordering. If you need help with sizing, please email me or message me.

Due to the nature of this product, it is unsafe for me to resell potentially used products. However, if I have made a mistake with your order, please contact me within 5 days. It is suggested to keep the package/packaging that your order comes in for an easy return. All mailers can be used twice (peal on the perforated seam, and reseal the packed once items have been placed back inside).  

If your bracelet or necklace breaks within 30 days contact me. Keep in mind that over use and/or constant pulling will wear the elastic out quicker. 

Turn Around Time

Ready to ship items will be mailed out within 1-3 business days.

Made to order items will be mailed out within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Items can take 2-5 more business days to arrive to you. Please keep Covid, weather, and holiday delays in mind.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class shipping. It is recommended to upgrade to Priority Shipping when ordering $50+. We offer Route Insurance to help as added protection to our customers in the case of a missing or stolen package. If your order has not moved within the system, seems to be lost, or does not arrive please contact me via email or Facebook DM. I will work with you to track down your package. 

Custom and Personalized Orders

I am open to making custom orders! Custom orders placed requesting pieces to be made from supplies I have in stock are made at no extra cost. Custom orders requesting beads I need to buy specifically for your order will have a 20% charge on top of the regular price. To place a custom order feel free to message me. Custom orders receive two courtesy remakes before being charged $1.00 per remake. Please try to be as specific as possible when requesting a custom design. 

For orders requesting special supplies (an added charm, sterling silver findings, a different type of string, etc) the customer will be charged in full for all supplies needed. 

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once started, cannot be returned, and cannot be refunded. 

Care Instructions

Items should never be left in extreme heat or cold. Be sure to never leave bracelets in direct sunlight (this cannot only damage the string, but the beads may be hot to the touch or may lose pigment). Please do not submerge your items in water. Please refrain from washing jewelry with water. A wipe down with a dry cloth should suffice. Paint on some beads may lose pigment or come off when coming into contact with any type of lotion, sunscreen, water, or oils. Wash skin that has had any of these applied in the past 24 hours.
